de-X Glove

The sport of darts relies on precision and dexterity for all players to achieve the top points. Through this notion, the de-X glove was developed.

 

The device works with the aid of a tactile pressure sensor. This technology enables the device to detect the presence, or absence, of a grasped object between the index finger and thumb. This means, when the player releases their dart the device stores at what trajectory it was released and presents it on a number of handy visual displays on screen. The information is informed by referencing the average trajectory of someone with the players same height and weight.
